House
It consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and two bedrooms upstairs.
Garden
Free private parking for 5 cars, inner courtyard overlooking the creek and outdoor brick oven with barbecue and baking equipment …

Kitchen and dining room
Kitchen utensils and tableware for preparing and serving food and drinks, cutlery (plates, beštek, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bowls). Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and kitchen towels. Ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Board games (uno, man don’t get mad, white cards, chess…) Dining table with chairs and bench, space for socializing, fireplace for heating with wood and of course wood. Exit to the terrace.
Bedrooms
Beds, bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobes, pillows and bedding, blankets and duvets, towels. Mosquito repellent and tablets. Mosquito nets (insect nets) on all windows. Mini library with books.
Bathroom
Shower, toilet, towels, toiletries, hygienic (hotel) cosmetics, towels, hair dryer, hot water boiler, wall heater.
Terrace and surroundings
Seating and bench with table on the terrace. Blankets for cold evenings. Barbecue, wood, charcoal, baking. Covered parking space. Garden for guests. Deck chairs to enjoy with the murmur of a stream.
